Daily Operational Requirements for Fully Premixed Condensing Steam Generators

The fully premixed condensing steam generator is a special equipment. To ensure its normal operation, prevent accidents, and maintain the normal service life of the boiler, daily operations should strictly adhere to the following requirements:

1. Certified boiler operators: Boiler operators must obtain a boiler operator certificate issued by the Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision before operating the boiler (this requirement has been emphasized by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision personnel during boiler acceptance).

2. Strengthen water quality management: In fully premixed condensing steam generators, the continuous evaporation of boiler water leads to an increase in concentration and scaling. Additionally, excessively high boiler water concentration can cause steam-water boiling, resulting in false water level indications, affecting normal operation, and in severe cases, leading to dry firing and furnace drum bulging accidents. To prevent such occurrences:

A. Strengthen the management of boiler water treatment equipment: Regularly test the effluent from the boiler water treatment system to ensure that the boiler feed water meets the requirements of the GB1576 "Water Quality for Industrial Boilers" standard.

B. Strengthen the management of boiler water in fully premixed condensing steam generators: Regularly test the water quality inside the boiler to ensure it complies with the GB1576 "Water Quality for Industrial Boilers" standard, and perform reasonable blowdown to promptly remove water slag.

Daily use and operation of the water level gauge: The water level gauge should be kept clean at all times to avoid contamination that may affect water level observation, and to prevent the accumulation of scale in the water connection pipes, which could cause false water level indications and lead to boiler accidents.
